How to Manage User Account for Xpro Addons
After you have purchased the Xpro addons – Pro version, you can log in to your Xpro account to manage the settings and view all the important files.
This is a step-by-step guide on how you can manage your profile or add a new card to your Xpro account.
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Go to the Xpro Dashboard and login to your account by entering your username and password.
Or
You can start by going to the Xpro, clicking on the “My Accounts” option, and entering your account details to log in.
If you have already logged in, move toward the next step.
Step 2: Customer Profile
After logging in, You’ll be directed to the Xpro Dashboard.
Update Your Personal Information
Once you have opened the customer profile, you can make changes to your personal information. You’ll have the control to
- Change your first name
- Change your last name
- Change your display name
- Change your primary email address
Update your Billing Information
You can update your billing information in the customer profile tab. You can even change your country, postal code, and province.
Update Your Account Password
Similarly, Xpro allows you to change your account password and add a new one. We recommend you add a secure password.
Make sure to click on the “save changes” option to update your profile information.
Step 3: Manage Payment Method.
By scrolling down to the customer profile page, you’ll see “manage payment methods”.
Step 4: Add a New Card
By clicking on the “Add New Card” option, you’ll be able to add new credit card credentials.
